I bought this hoping it would help with my tongue posture, but i got impatient with it fast. It felt awkward to use, and half the time I wasn’t even sure if I was doing it correctly. The instructions could’ve been way clearer, because I don’t want to sit there guessing. Maybe it’s better for kids or if someone is guiding you through it, but for me it just didn’t do much. Not awful, just not something I’d bother with again.

We’ve been using the Myo Munchee for a few months now, and okay, I’m not saying it completely transformed our lives or anything dramatic like that… but I did notice my kid’s chewing and jaw movement seems better, and I may have gotten a little too excited about it. At first, I had to remind them a bunch, which felt like a full-time job for a minute, but eventually it became easier. It’s definitely not some magical overnight fix, so don’t expect fireworks on day two. Overall though, I’m really happy we tried it. My only complaint is that the instructions could be clearer, because I definitely stared at them like I was decoding ancient scrolls

I’ve been using it every night and I don’t know, my teeth just feel straighter somehow. It’s hard to explain, but I can definitely feel a difference and I’m happy with it.

I’m not totally sure how it’ll feel after a ton of wear, but so far it’s really comfy. It fits well without feeling too tight, which is probably my favorite part.

I don’t think this is worth the price. It works when it wants to, which gets frustrating quickly. For what I paid, I expected something more reliable.
